1. What are the requirements to view this site correctly?
Monitor resolution must be 1024x768 to view the layout correctly. You must use Netscape or Internet Explorer browsers 4.0 or higher. You must have the Arial font. AOL browsers mess up graphics and tables so if you use an AOL browser, I strongly suggest that you download an alternate browser to use for the web. I always recommend true color to get the most out of graphics. On Windows, you can usually change most of these setting by right-clicking over your desktop and selecting properties. Below are two small pictures that show how the main menu and the song discography pages look when the correct settings for this website are used.

2. When was this site started and where has it been housed before?
Though I can't remember exactly when, this site was started around 1998. It's first incarnation was as part of the first site I ever created and was called "Tori's Realm". It has been housed in many crappy free web hosts such as Tripod and Crosswinds. The instance that made me want my own domain was when Tripod suddenly dumped all my files without warning.
3. Why was this site started? Where did you get the idea for the song database?
As my interest in Tori increased, I began to collect more Tori stuff, including bootlegs. While searching for information on bootlegs I came upon numerous songs I had never heard of. I began to search for more information on these performances to see if these were simply mislabeled songs or if she actually had performed them. All the information was horridly scattered so I decided to put it all together for other people who are curious about these songs and wish to collect every single song Tori has ever done. As the site progressed, it grew to be more about the songs individually, what inspired them and how they inspire others. Hopefully everything included about a song will help visitors to have a better understanding of the song through quotes, annotations, etc. I have learned a lot in the making of this website and continue to learn.
4. I was looking for such and such song but it's not listed in your database, why not?
You are encouraged to send any song I haven't listed in the database to webmistress@goneandromeda.com. There are different possible reasons why it was left out. I may have not heard of it before or it may be a mislabel on a bootleg. Whatever the reason, please write me at the address provided and I will get back to you within 3 days.
5. How do I submit artwork, poetry, interpretations, etc?
There is a convenient form on every single song page to contribute to She's Gone Andromeda. Look on your left hand side for a "contribute" link, fill out the form and click on "mail your contribution". This will e-mail the text within the form directly to me. Be sure to fill out your correct e-mail address so that I can contact you and credit you with what you send.
6. Can you send me MP3s of some songs that I've never heard before?
No. I apologize but if I did this for everyone who asked, I would be e-mailing MP3s out all day! No MP3s are provided on this site due to the limited amount of bandwidth I am allowed on my account. I provide for every song a complete list of releases and performances so that you may figure out how to get them for yourselves.
7. I submitted song information that was never put up. What happened?
If you have submitted song information that was not posted on the site it was most likely false or I was not able to confirm it. Any other reasons would have been sent to you through e-mail in response to your form.
8. I submitted artwork that was never put up. What happened?
Most of the time if your artwork was not posted to the site it was because it was merely a Tori picture with some lyrics photoshopped over it. I am not accepting these types of works unless there is a style or flow to it that catches my eye. I only have so much space on my account.
9. Why do the lyrics sometimes have strange breaks in them?
Most of the song lines are broken up based on when Tori takes a breath. These breaks based on breath often show a double meaning to the lyric which I found fascinating.
Your question wasn't here? Well e-mail it to me!
